The covers in Ramot HaShavim are usually made of metal or concrete , and are circular or rectangular in shape.

The covers in Ramot HaShavim are not colorful, although gold-colored covers can be found, mainly those manufactured by Wolfman .

Covers intended for the Ramot HaShavim local committee usually bear the emblem of the locality or the inscription “Ramot HaShavim” .

As in other places in Israel, covers intended for other cities have also been found (the “bug” category) .
