A modular rectangular lid consisting of several parts that form a rectangular shape.

Note that in this cover, two parts are designed for relatively light load (pedestrian icon), while the third part is designed to withstand greater load (truck icon)
It seems that the part of the truck icon is added in an amateurish manner and may have originally been intended for another consumer (note the erased part), especially that the cover background is different from the other parts.
