As you can see, the lid, intended for the water corporation that is supposed to serve the city of Raanana, is located near the Ramat Aviv Mall in Tel Aviv.
It seems that they made a special effort to place this manhole cover in the wrong place, as you can see the text "Ra’anana Water" was added to the original cover, so the cover was probably not originally intended for this water corporation.

The lid is similar to another manhole cover made by the same manufacturer
