In the center of the cap is the Tel Aviv Port stamp that was in use in 1936. The cap was created for the 70th anniversary celebrations of the Tel Aviv Port in 2006.
The stamp shows a sailor on a sailing ship holding the rudder of the ship behind him.

In 2018, an almost identical cover was taken on 18th Street at the Tel Aviv Port, but from another production year and instead of the Israeli standard (IS 489) appears the European standard EN124 Click for a larger image
