Manhole Covers Site

General

Manhole covers in Oravský Podzámok are typically made of metal or concrete and are generally circular or square .

Circular covers are intended for sidewalks and are sometimes surrounded by a square frame, which greatly facilitates the paving work around them .

No colored or gilded covers were found in the village, nor were any covers bearing the municipal coat of arms.

The design of the covers is not unique to Oravský Podzámok, but is characteristic of the individual manufacturer.
