The name means: Randers Foundries. A long-standing factory that was established back in 1916.
The company was acquired in 2019 by AVK Group Click for manufacturer's details, also from Denmark, and is currently mainly engaged in the sale of manhole covers and others.

The company was a subsidiary of the Norwegian Furnes Click for manufacturer's details (and indeed the company logo is very similar to the Furnes logo) but apparently this connection no longer exists with its acquisition by AVK.
