The company, founded in 1921 under the name of Fonderie-Ste-Croix after the city where it is located, mainly engaged in casting works for the agricultural sector.
In 1933, the Bibby Foundry company was founded by Ed Bibby and mainly engaged in the production of pipes for the plumbing industry.
In 1977 after many upheavals, Fonderie-Ste-Croix was bought by Bibby Foundry and became Bibby-Ste-Croix Foundries.
The company currently owns two production plants in the Quebec region.
