A foundry that operated mainly in the 19th and early 20th centuries. The foundry was established in Le Mans in 1880. After 1945, the factory also began producing manhole covers and other cast iron parts. In 1984, the company was purchased by its employees and operated until 2009 under the name Société nouvelle des fonderies Leblond.
