A square-like cover consisting of two triangular parts, so that it is opened by lifting one of the parts.

It seems that the letter S at the top of the lid means Sewer

The lid is very similar to a manhole cover from another country and from another manufacturer, which also shows the type of cover: Silent knight, which leads to the conclusion that there may be a connection between the two manufacturers
