CITY ELECTRIC & LIGHT

This is a cover of the Electric and Lighting Company from the 1920s.

This cover "won" a sign from the city council commemorating it and it says:
CITY ELECTRIC AND LIGHT COMPANY MANHOLE COVER
This refurbished artefact is a rare surviving example of a City Electric and Light Company manhole cover from the early twentieth century.
