A modular rectangular lid consisting of several parts that form a rectangular shape.

The cover is intended for the Israel Railways, but is located where there is no train, and no tracks. An attempt seems to have been made to disguise the work that the cover is out of place, by deleting the word "train", but the symbol of the Israel Railways remains in place.
